Description of the program
The program will prepare students for careers in preventive medicine.
After completing their studies, students will apply their knowledge of preventive medicine and practice their skills in the various fields of preventive medicine to protect and improve people's health; conduct research to detect preventive medicine problems and provide accurate evidence for regulators and policymakers, identify public health problems, select and prioritize health problems and health planning to address evidence-based priority health problems based on scientific evidence.
Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy enrolls about 50 students annually for this program. Students who graduate from the program can work in preventive medicine organizations, state health management bodies, public and non-public health facilities.
