COMMENTS ON CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND FACTORS RELATED TO PUSTULAR PSORIASIS

Abstract:
Objectives: To comment on some clinical features and factors involved in Generalized Pustular psoriasis. Subjects and methods: A prospective study, from March 2017 to July 2018, comprised 103 patients with Pustular Psoriasis treated inpatients and outpatients at the Central Dermatology Hospital. Results: Age onset of psoriasis pustules: Under 15 years old: 15.5%, aged 15-40 years: 31.1%, over age: 53.4%. 62.4% of patients with pustular psoriasis seen secondarily after psoriasis vulgaris, in which 32.9% after systemic and topical corticosteroid, 10.0% after treatment with medicinal herbs , 7.1% after stress, 2.9% after infection, 4.3% after long smoking, drinking alcohol. There were 91.3% of patients with generalized pustular psoriasis, 8.7% of patients with localized pustular. 100% of the patients with basic lesions were red rash, 100% had pustules, 44.7% had pus holes. Conclusion: Psoriasis pustules late onset, often involving use corticiod, medicinal, herbal medicine.
