Summary

Objective: Determine the concentration and relationship of some cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17, TNF-α, INF-γ) with the clinical characteristics of pustular psoriasis. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional description on 30 patients with pustular psoriasis treated at the National Hospital of Dermatology and Venereology and Department of Dermatology and Allergy  108 Military Central Hospital. Results: Cytokines IL-2, IL-10, and IL-17 were higher in Generalized pustular psoriasis patients than in healthy people, IL-6 in pustular psoriasis patients with no history of psoriasis is higher than a group of patients with a history of psoriasis vulgaris and gradually increased with severity. IL-8 increased inversely with disease severity. Conclusions: There is a change of IL- 2,6,8,10,17 in pustular psoriasis patients.
