Evaluating the results of treatment of cervical gland lesions by LEEP procedure at Bac Ninh Center for Disease Control

Abstract:
The
LEEP procedure is a cone cervical amputation procedure to get the transitional
region. The Ministry of Health recommends LEEP procedure to be used to treat
cervical routes. Objectives: To
describe clinical, subclinical characteristics and evaluate the results of
cervical gland treatment by LEEP. Subjects:
105 women who met the selection criteria were treated with LEEP. Method: cross-sectional description,
forward research, vertical tracking. Results:
Average age is of 39.7 ± 7.3. The main reason for medical examination was the
cervical viginal discharge disorder, accounting for 84.8% of patients. Cases of
cervical examination revealed cervical gland accounted for 81.9%, patients of
cervical diameter canal injury from
2-3cm accounted for 45.7%. The average procedure time 6.6 ± 1.8 minutes. Success
rate is 92.4%, failure 7.6%.
