MOTIVATION OF NURSES AT HUNG VUONG GENERAL HOSPITAL, PHU THO PROVINCE

Abstract:
Background: Work motivation is the desire and willingness of workers to motivate efforts towards achieving goals. A nurse's motivation is an important factor for the quality of patient care and the professional satisfaction of nurses. We conducted the study with the following objective: Describe the motivation of nurses in the Hung Vuong General Hospital, Phu Tho province 2022." Method study: Cross-sectional description, the subject of the study was all hospital nurses sample size was 233. Research results: motivation to work in the factor "working to ensure a long life" accounted for the highest rate of 84.1%, the lowest was the subsection "working only for pay" 68.7%. Conclude: Research showed
that the majority of nurses had a high rate of agreement with motivational factors, they feel proud to work at the hospital and have professional development in a good working environment.
