RESULT OF TREATMENT OF TWIN PREGNANCIES IN THAI NGUYEN CENTRAL HOSPITAL

Abstract:
Objective: To treat twin pregnancies in Thai
Nguyen Central Hospital. From 2016 to 2017. Method:
A Cross-sectional descriptive study used in the study
with a sample size of all pregnant women giving birth in
Thai Nguyen Central Hospital. From 2016 to 2017.
Results: A Caesarean section accounted for the
highest rate (80,7%). In the normal delivery ( not
operated), 19,3% seen in the first fetus and 17.3% in
the second fetus After the normal delivery in the first
fetus, we found that in the second fetus. The rate of
caesarean section was higher than that of vaginal
delivery in all age groups. The highest in the group> 35
years (95,2%) and the rate of vaginal delivery was
highest in the age group 20-24 years (44,4%). The
percentage of cesarean sections in the term group was
higher than that in the preterm group, whereas the
prevalence of vaginal birth in preterm groups was
higher than in the term group.
