Overview

Abstract:

The study concern in conditions of separation of b-lactam antibiotics by MEKC. The chemical composition and pH of buffer in capillary and some other conditions were investigated. Seven b-lactam antibiotics from pharmaceutical products are separated and determined. LOD of method is ≤ 1ppm and coefficient of variation of 1,12-8,4%.
