Abstract:
The current situation of
emergency, resuscitation and anti-poison work at medical examination and
treatment facilities of the health sectors is still inadequate. Objectives:
To assess the current status of clinical performance of medical staffs at the
115 Emergency Center and the Intensive Care Unit - Bac Ninh General Hospital in
2021. Method: a cross-sectional descriptive study. Result:
Competence to perform clinical tasks of doctors and nurses such as: diagnosing,
assigning, performing emergency techniques, controlling emergency situations,
managing psychological conditions, and transferring both the level of care, the
mode of care are all evaluated well with the rate from 97.3 to 100%. Conclusion:
The ability to perform clinical tasks of the doctors is well assessed, reaching
from 97.5 to 100%; Clinical nurses' ability to perform clinical tasks is well
assessed, reaching from 97.3 to 100%.
