SUMMARY: Objective: To evaluate the implementation of the Law on Tobacco Harm Prevention by health workers in Cao Bang province in 2021. Method: Cross-sectional description, combining quantitative and qualitative Research subjects: Health workers in the health sector of Cao Bang province. Variables: Variables: Group of indicators on smoking status, smoking addiction, smoking cessation, smoking status at home, at work, etc. Results: Health agencies and health workers have strictly complied with the Law on Tobacco Harm Prevention and implemented it quite well. The rate of 62.1% is non-smoker, 28.4% is an occasional smoker and only 8% smokes daily. 47.8% have quit smoking for over 12 months and 90.2% do not smoke in all rooms in the house. Recommendation: Continue to implement the Law on Tobacco Control to all health sector staff so that they not only have good behavior but also become active propagandists for the people and the community. Organize the installation of the "Smoke-Free Hospital" recognition sign, inspect and supervise.
